Local Schools to Host Chess Tournaments

Leonardo Da Vinci School for Gifted Learners and West De Pere Middle School will be hosting Chess tournaments for K-12 students on January 11 and 25. The cost is $12 in advance or $17 at the door. Students will enjoy a day of fun sharing chess games with other local chess enthusiasts. The attached flyers provide additional details about the tournaments. BP FFA hosts Ag Day Camp October 19th

Any 4th, 5th or 6th grader that loves animals, the outdoors, flowers and plants is welcome! FFA members will instruct five, one hour interactive workshops related to agriculture. Attendees choose 3 out of 5 workshops to participate in. Registration is $30 per participant and closes on September 30. Registration includes lunch, T-shirt and supplies for workshops.  Follow the link for more information and to register.

We would like to extend a warm welcome to our two new team members Niki Eickholt and Kelly Koller. Mrs. Eickholt will be working with our GT students and teaching Innovation class at Meadowbrook Elementary. Mrs. Koller will be working with GT and Innovation class students at Suamico Elementary and sharing Forest Glen with Mrs. Rank. We are excited to have them join our team!
